How does the process work?

  • We start the process with an initial design consultation over the phone to discuss the scope and size of your project. At that time we will make a recommendation on which package is right for you.

How long will it take to get my designs?

  • We always try to have client designs to them in 2-4 weeks depends on the size of the project. Feel free to reach out to us to get our current turnaround time for designs

Do you provide designs around my budget?

  • Yes absolutely! Our designers always base your designs around your budget. We also scale your designs so you will be able to see less expensive and more expensive design options.

What if I don’t like my designs?

  • Your designs are completely custom and tailored to your exact needs. If you don’t love the first set of designs you will be able to work with the designer to revise them to create exactly what you are looking for.

How do I know which package is right for me?

  • If you are unsure which package is right for you, feel free to email us and we would be happy to help you and discuss which option is right for you.

Do you offer a custom package?

  • Yes absolutely! Feel free to shoot us an email and we would happy to create you a custom package to fit your needs.

What if later on I decide to upgrade or add a specific item to my package?

  • That is not a problem and happens quite often. If you decide you need to add or upgrade you package later on, you can absolutely do so, just talk with the designer to discuss all your options.

Do you refer contractors?

  • Yes we can. We would be happy to refer you to one of our partners if they are available in your area. However, you are free to work the contractor of your choice.
